What size do you need?

You can determine the correct size ROOF helmet by measuring your head circumference. Measuring is easiest with a tape measure. The measuring point is the largest/widest point of your head, approximately 1–2 centimeters above your eyebrows, down to the most prominent part of the back of your head. Take several measurements and average the results.

If you are between two sizes after the measurement(s), it is wise to go for the smaller size, as the helmet interior will shrink slightly the longer you use the helmet.
